The Senior Financial Analyst will provide business financial planning, reporting and analysis, and deliver month-end close with full P&L exposure. The role will be 1 of 3 analysts on the team and report directly to the Director of FP&A.
Solid understanding of GAAP; high level of business acumen; highly motivated and dedicated individual.
Excellent interpersonal skills; well organized, detail oriented; strong oral and written communication skills; effective problem
solver with creative solutions.
1-3 years experience in an FP&A role. Multi-family industry experience a plus.
Excel, Adaptive Insights, Yardi, SalesForce, and Tableau experience preferred.
Advanced Excel knowledge required; vlookups, sumif(s), pivot tables, etc.
