By centralizing programs, optimizing workflows, and improving visibility into progress and performance, the Marketing Programs Manager helps reduce friction, improve efficiency, and ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact for Operations, clients, and the broader RPM portfolio.
This role is highly cross-functional and ensuring marketing programs move from concept to launch to sustained success.

Responsibilities

Program & Initiative Management

  • Owns and manages multiple national marketing programs and initiatives from intake through execution and optimization.

  • Gathers feedback to refine programs and improve future execution.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Supports coordination with preferred vendors and partners as part of broader marketing programs.
  • Helps ensure vendors are aligned to program timelines, deliverables, and expectations in partnership with marketing leadership.
  • Assists with documentation of best practices, learnings, and performance insights tied to program execution.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field. Experience may substitute for education.
• Four years of marketing experience that directly supports regional marketing manager responsibilities; especially, but not limited to, paid digital media, strategic marketing recommendations, evaluating reporting data and making data-driven decisions.
• Experience in multifamily industry, or related industries, preferred.

• Proven experience managing complex marketing programs and initiatives across multiple teams, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Strong program and project management skills, including planning, prioritization, workflow organization, and delivery against milestones.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear, executable plans and scalable frameworks.
• Solid understanding of modern marketing principles, including brand, digital marketing, and lead generation, with the ability to partner effectively with channel experts rather than execute day-to-day tactics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly align stakeholders, set expectations, and drive accountability.
