Position Summary

The Client Services Support Coordinator will work closely with other team members to develop and execute RPM’s corporate and regional property operations and marketing strategies and content for new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to the Client Services Sales team to assist and serve our clients and the company on new business opportunities
  • Organize and maintain Client Services library of support resources
  • Significant project management of new business projects, maintaining daily contact with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals, ensuring we deliver cohesive and comprehensive deliverables for our clients
  • Provide strategic oversight for brand, creative direction, marketing, operational content, and communication
  • Track multiple moving pieces across various projects while managing overall workflow, emphasizing both attention to detail and organization. 
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines for all new business initiatives
  • Assist as a liaison between the client and company team members 
  • Assist with preparing pitch material completion by creating the content for the pitch decks, interfacing directly with leadership, operations, and marketing throughout the process 
  • Develop and produce professional proposals and supporting materials to clients in numerous markets 
  • Participate in property operations and marketing strategy sessions, writing of content and edits/updates on proposals and presentations 
  • Shop competitors for potential projects, when needed 
  • Ensure best practice sharing and adoption across the pitch and/or proposal collateral 
  • Stay informed on multifamily, economic, market, and demographic trends
  • Assist with department projects as needed 
  • Assist with client specific deliverables, reporting, and market research 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university. Experience may substitute for education
  • Two years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in real estate or multifamily
  • Property Management experience preferred 
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, processes, and technologies
  • Skilled in organization with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts such as branding, market research, and competitive positioning
  • Skilled in Microsoft Site, Adobe Suite and ability to learn new programs
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to all levels of leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and professional environment
  • Ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all new business materials, including proofreading and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  • Ability to self-motivate, driving tasks and project to completion without external direction
  • Ability to be reliable and professional in all aspects of work, while maintaining a focus on quality, timeliness, and accountability
  • Skilled in building strong relationships, conveying complex ideas clearly, and adapting communication styles to suit diverse audiences
  • Skilled in research, analytics and problem-solving
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to create engaging content across various platforms, including written, visual, and multimedia formats, using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to craft and deliver strategic and creative presentations tailored to executive audiences

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

  • May be required to sit for extended periods of time 
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds 
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment 
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data 
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer 

Work Environment:

  • This is an onsite role requiring the associate to be in one of our corporate offices five days a week
  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions 
  • This role may occasionally be required to work outside of typical office hours
