The position: The Regional Vice President will lead a team of up to six Regional Managers. The position is responsible for the management and compliance of their assigned portfolio. This position must drive value through effective leadership, financial insight, and innovative business strategies. This position works closely with management throughout the organization to ensure RPM’s strategic goals and values are achieved.
