The Position: The Loss Control Associate, is responsible for assisting the Loss Control and Claims & Litigations Manager in overseeing the company’s risk management and loss prevention/mitigation programs. Specific areas of focus include property and tenant liability claim management, coordination between insurance companies, clients and RPM personnel, assisting with 3rd party and employee related injury investigations, and safety audits. In conjunction with the Director of Risk and Safety, this role is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of loss control strategies to minimize risk and enhance safety across the organization. The Loss Control Associate plays a crucial role in identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of safety.
