The position: The Regional Human Resources Manager is someone who wants to learn the operations and serve as a true business partner. One who is solution-focused and over the top about internal customer service. One who constantly thinks about “how can we make this better” and “what if”. This position is responsible for a large client group across several cities and may require some travel. Position reports to Director of HR.
• Serve as main point of contact for human resources for designated client groups
• Assist employees and managers to positively resolve concerns
• Provide employee coaching and counseling for issues and complaints
• Coach managers on employee issues and guide them on the progressive discipline process
• Provide guidance on Company policies and procedures
• Partner with Benefits, Recruiting and Payroll teams on projects, solving problems and developing solutions
• Other duties as assigned
