Position Summary: As the Learning Operations Intern your focus will be on learning project management and technology administration, with a concentration on Learning & Development initiatives and learning tools. You will support the implementation of the new learning management platform, including assisting with data administration and testing, documentation, and change management support.
You will support the Senior Manager of Learning Operations, building your experience in administration, project management and learning systems as well as in creating processes, conventions and standards within L&D Operations.
The Internship Program will begin on May 28th, 2025 and end on August 6th, 2025.
Education & Experience:
Interest in Learning & Development and/or learning technology field
Background or interest in project management
Proficient in Excel and Word
Detail-oriented with strong ability to monitor and audit data
Ability to write and maintain policy and procedure documentation
Interest in learning how to build collaborative partnerships in dispersed environments
