Position Summary: The Client Services intern will be responsible for financial modeling, investment due diligence, and supporting the Business Development team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills. The department is very entrepreneurial in nature and will provide an opportunity to create value and grow professionally with a large national organization.

 

The Internship Program will begin on May 28th, 2025 and end on August 6th, 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Perform excel-based underwriting for existing and future multifamily properties with the assistance of the Analyst team
  • Undertake research and analyze data garnered from industry sources and internal/external benchmarks
  • Work closely with the Client Services team in analyzing assets of interest
  • Assist in the due diligence review process with the assistance of the Analyst team

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in a Business Program program from a four-year college or university preferred
  • Must be available for the duration of the program; May 28th - August, 6th 2025
  • Highly service oriented with desire to assist others
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and management

Physical Requirements:

  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

  • This is an in-office role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 5 days per week
  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
