The position: The Transitions Associate will be responsible for supporting the Transitions team’s efforts of integrating all new properties into RPM Living’s management. This position would directly report to Senior Transitions Manager and be primarily focused on internal takeover processes administration.

Responsibilities

  • Review information provided by outgoing management and communicate with internal teams
  • Coordinate onboarding tasks for takeover and new construction properties
  • Assist with general account setups
  • Take initiative to make positive changes within the position and the team
  • Review and generate reports on property contracts
  • Assist with takeover tasks as assigned by the Senior Transitions Manager

Education & Experience:

  • Ability to learn new systems and programs
  • Consistent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Positive attitude
  • Collaborates well with other team members

Physical Requirements:

  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in our Austin office 3 days per week
  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions
