The position: The Reputation Associate will provide strategic support and management of reputation/review channels. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Continually collaborate with Marketing team to improved user experience and marketing processes across all initiatives
  • Monitors online ratings and reviews platforms , Facebook, Google My Business, ApartmentRatings.com, Yelp, etc.)
  • Respond to daily reviews through the SoCi review dashboard
    • Builds property reputation while addressing negative feedback and reviews in a timely manner. Collaborates with Operations teams to enhance quality of online presence and align social and reputation strategy with property objectives
  • Creates best practices for reviewing, compiling and analyzing property-level surveys and online feedback from social and reputation channels
  • Creates and executes strategic engagement and reputation campaigns for prospects, resident referrals, resident events, etc. to increase social media presence and qualitied traffic to the communities
  • Measure and track effectiveness of all reputation and social marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Compile and complete related marketing reports and audits on an ongoing basis as requested
  • Assist Marketing Managers with set ups for Enhanced Yelp Profile, Modern Message, SoCi social media dashboard, and RPM Reputation Management
  • Send reputation onboarding email for every community that enrolls in RPM Reputation Management using the provided template and attach the RPM Reputation Management Services Guides along with the Training Guide
  • Send onboarding emails for Yelp Enhanced Profile and SoCi social media dashboard with the provided templates
  • Captures, produces and shares customer and employee reviews in testimonial format across a variety of channels
  • Assists with content creation for social media as it relates to reputation management that drives property goals and marketing KPIs.
  • Develops and maintain consistent property branding and tone of voice among review platforms
  • Reporting:
    • Download all monthly reports distributed by SoCi and save in designated SharePoint and Dropbox folder
    • Post SharePoint and Dropbox links on FUSE for monthly reporting
    • Post Monthly SoCi Superstars ranking in FUSE
    • Collaborates with Digital Marketing Manager to compile and deliver reporting on traffic, engagement, and performance to KPIs
  • Assist with providing Marketing Managers with updates on set ups via email and Monday.com
  • Marketing projects as assigned by supervisor and marketing team leaders
  • Additional marketing-related duties as assigned and needed

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in Property Management, with sales experience
  • Travel <30%
  • Experience with Canva
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Property Management systems, ILS, Lead Tracking and CRM platforms, Project Management, Adobe

Physical Requirements:

  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week.
  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
