Position Summary: Reporting to the Vice President of Client Services, the Client Services Support Coordinator will work closely with other team members to develop and execute RPM’s corporate and regional property marketing strategies and content for new business opportunities and sponsorship events.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with internal teams to manage marketing assets, design, execution, and analysis
  • Significant project management of communications projects, most notably new business support from a marketing perspective
  • Daily contact with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals
  • Providing strategic oversight as it relates to brand, creative direction, content, and communication
  • Tracking many moving pieces across various projects and managing overall workflow
  • Meeting deadlines and budget expectations
  • Assist with preparing pitch material completion by creating the content for the pitch decks, interfacing directly with leadership, operations, and marketing throughout the process
  • Develop and produce professional proposals and supporting materials to clients in numerous markets
  • Participate in marketing strategy sessions, writing of content and edits/updates on proposals and presentations
  • Shop competitors for potential projects, when needed
  • Ensure best practice sharing and adoption across the pitch and/or proposal collateral
  • Staying current with marketing and lead generation best practices and promoting the advancement of new ideas and innovation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts
  • Assist with creating marketing proposals and digital strategies, supplemental reports, and deliverables for potential clients
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Travel <30%

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in Property Management, with sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in internet advertising and social media campaign

Physical Requirements:

  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week.
  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
