Position Summary: The Vice President of HR Systems is responsible for providing vision, planning, project coordination, and management to implement and oversee support for the RPM HRIS platform. Partner with various internal departments and external vendor partners to develop efficient and effective processes and workflows as well as analyzing and directing all functionally related activities within the scope of the HRIS platform. This position is accountable for ensuring continuity and the successful delivery of the platform throughout RPM.
